Business: Supplier of individually handmade crackers for Christmas, weddings, parties and special occasions.

Products: All papers, contents and gifts are subject to availability, if, for any reason the product or paper is unavailable, a similar item will be substituted. But at all times we will make you aware of any changes.

Ordering Process:
Once an order has been filled out and returned to us, a deposit of 50% is required on all orders longer than 3 months from the delivery date with the outstanding balance sent prior to delivery. Deposits are non refundable once work has been started on orders. If no work has been undertaken deposits will be refunded in full.

On orders within 3 months of delivery date, payment is to be in full.

We will contact you approximately two/three weeks before your ‘event date’ to arrange a delivery time and to confirm the balance of your final payment. If an order has been placed within a shorter timescale a delivery time will be arranged at time of ordering.

All deliveries are Monday to Friday by courier and will need to be signed for on receipt.

Lost or damaged goods: Please notify us immediately if your parcel has been lost or damaged in Transit.

Right of cancellation: In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, you have a period of seven days from receipt of goods to cancel your order. If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us accordingly. Goods will be returned at customer’s own expense.

Unrelated offers
Totally Crackers will not be held responsible for any offers made by unrelated businesses whether electronic or printed.

All our crackers carry a warning which is as follows:

Unsuitable for children under 3 years or unsupervised young children

Children under eight years of age should be supervised when inflating balloons

Keep away from naked flame

Pull away from face.

If there is a snap inside the cracker, do not pull the snap outside of the cracker
